When he had finished taking units for his degree at University of California, Los Angeles, he still had a few months before graduation, so Kentaro decided to go backpacking to Brazil.

That was the moment he realized how exciting a trip can be.

After that, he has visited a number of countries as backpacking, as vacation, and as business trip.

Experiencing a variety of forms of stay, he started to think that he wants to be a hosting side of these experiences.

This is how he started vacation rental business in 2015.

In 2017, he founded Bolte Inc. and now operates vacation rental and longer lease term furnished apartments, to provide a "Living Experience" that Bridges the World and Japan.
