Drawing on our experience operating vacation rentals and accommodation properties ourselves, we provide management services for property owners.

As of July 2026, Bolte has received Airbnb Superhost status 39 times. Except for periods during the COVID-19 pandemic when the minimum hosting requirements could not be met, we have maintained Superhost status throughout our years of operation.

For properties operated under Japan's Private Lodging Business Act, we can also explore combining short-term stays with furnished monthly rentals to make better use of the property beyond the annual 180-day accommodation limit.

We operate vacation rentals and licensed accommodation properties primarily in Tokyo.

Our goal is not simply to provide a place to sleep, but to make each stay a memorable part of the guest's experience in Japan.

We focus on comfortable spaces, clear communication, and thoughtful hospitality throughout the stay.

We also offer furnished monthly rentals in Tokyo for medium-term stays.

Our application and contracting process can generally be completed online using electronic documents and e-signatures, so there is no need to visit our office.

Our furnished rentals are suitable for a variety of needs, including temporary stays in Japan, business assignments, and other medium-term accommodation needs.
